Terms of Use

The utilization of any films acquired from Sproutflix implies the acknowledgment of and compliance with the terms and conditions outlined below, establishing an agreement between the Licensor (Sproutflix) and the User (Licensee).

Grant of License

1. Sproutflix extends to the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license.
2. The act of renting, loaning, subleasing, or sub-licensing content to others is strictly prohibited.
3. Films licensed for institutional use may only be shared by groups and individuals within a single educational institution or agency.
4. Sharing Sproutflix content via streaming with other institutions or individuals, classes, or groups not directly associated with the Licensee through employment or enrollment is not permissible without the express authorization of Sproutflix.
5. Multi-campus streaming necessitates prior consent of Sproutflix and may be licensed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our office to make specific arrangements.
6. A purchase of a film download allows for a single download of the film.

Copyright

1. All films purchased from Sproutflix remain the property of Sproutflix or have been licensed to Sproutflix. Licensee has no ownership rights over the Content.
2. The use of logos, images, or audiovisual material appearing on this site without express written consent from Sproutflix is strictly prohibited. All rights pertaining to the Sproutflix website, including but not limited to design, software code, images, and audiovisual content, are reserved by Sproutflix.

Term

The term of this License Agreement corresponds with the duration of the chosen license by the Licensee. Upon expiration, non-renewal, or termination of the license, all rights of the Licensee to use the Content shall cease.

Representation and Warranties

1. The Licensee enters into this agreement accepting films available on this website ‘as is.’
2. Sproutflix reserves the right to terminate the Licensee’s rights to use Sproutflix films if any information provided by the Licensee is found to be false or inaccurate.

General

1. The Licensor reserves the right to refuse service and terminate accounts at its sole discretion, for reasons including, but not limited to, violations of the Terms of Agreement or behavior deemed harmful to the Licensor.
2. The Licensor retains the right to modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use, this service, or the policies incorporated herein. In the case of material revisions to this Agreement, Licensor will provide conspicuous notice on the website. The Licensee’s continued use of this site following the effective date of such revisions indicates acceptance of the updated Terms. Licensor may also add, delete, or modify features, titles, prices, as well as the scope of service and support provided.
3. No delay or failure of Licensor to take action under these Terms and Conditions will constitute a waiver by Licensor, unless expressly waived in writing by Licensor.
4. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the parties, superseding any prior written or oral agreements.

Delivery method/shipping policy

All DVD orders are processed and shipped USPS within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Currently, we do not ship outside the U.S.

Refund Policy

For rentals and downloads of videos and DVDs; Sprout does not accept returns or offer refunds. All purchases are considered final.
