sproutflix offers the work of independent filmmakers from around the world for you to purchase through a variety of methods to view for your personal use only.
· Rentals of films are through a streaming server requiring connection to the internet for the duration of the movie and are available for an unlimited number of views for a limited period of time.
· Digital downloads allow you to purchase digital versions of films for use on your computer for an unlimited number of views for an unlimited period of time.
· Purchase DVD - When available, films can be purchased for ownership on physical DVD's to be shipped directly to you.
All films, whether streamed, purchased as a download or on DVD are for Non-Commercial Private Viewing only. Non-commercial, private use as defined here, means a presentation of digital content for which no fee or consideration of any kind (other than what you pay to us to purchase or rent a film) is charged or received, which is limited to a private viewing for you and your invitees. Non-Commercial, Private Use specifically excludes any public presentation even if no fee is charged for viewing the purchased or rented film.

When renting or purchasing a film offered through sproutflix, copying or transfer of the digital content is not permitted.
By renting a stream or by purchasing a download or DVD, you agree to these specific Terms of Use under penalty of law.
refunds and returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, sproutflix will refund 100% of your purchase price. For DVDs and other physical merchandise, simply return the items for a full refund. For streams or downloads that you are not satisfied with, please email us and we will initiate the process to process your refund. Your total satisfaction is guaranteed.
