For the best sproutflix experience, please be sure you are using the latest version of your internet browser software. Available updates are generally found by going to your browser's help menu and selecting the "check for updates" option. sproutflix is not guaranteed to work as designed when viewed on older versions of internet browsers.


 


managing your account - finding your purchases


Once you have completed your checkout of the items you are purchasing, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order. You may then log into sproutflix using the log in/create account link on the left hand menu. Use your login name and password you supplied to get access to your purchases.  Once you have logged in, go to the My Account link.


Streaming purchases - At  the My Account screen, you will see your available streams in the upper left hand corners under the title "Streams" To watch your purchases, simply click on the title you wish to view and your stream will begin to play on the site's built-in viewer. Click on the full-screen icon on the player to view the movie full-screen. You may watch your streams as many times as you like during the seven day period.


Download purchases  - from the My Account screen, click on the Files to view your purchased downloadable movies. Downloaded movies are in QuickTime format (.MOV file) and require Apple's free QuickTime viewer for Mac or Windows.  Download the latest QuckTime viewer here.


Clicking on your downloadable file title will start the download to your computer. You will be asked for a location to save your file on your computer. Be sure to save your downloaded files to a location on your computer where you will be able to find them. Generally, the name of the downloaded file will be the same as the title of the movie - if you can't find your downloaded file, be sure to do a search of your computer for some key words in the title.


Downloads are yours to view as long as you posses the file. If your file becomes corrupted, you have up to 4 chances to re-download to restore your file. Simply log in to your sproutflix account to re-download.


DVDs - DVD's will be mailed to you to the address you provide during checkout. DVDs, unless otherwise specified, are in NTSC format.

sproutflix uses industry standard files and viewers designed to be as simple as possible to operate, and in general, if you are having problems viewing the movies presented on this site, it is likely that there is an issue with your computer, its software or your internet connection.


sproutflix is not able to answer specific questions about your computer, its operating system, internet connection, or other problems with your system. Please refer your questions about these specifics to your computer manufacturer, internet provider or other specialist.
